    Electricity/Water/Chemicals/Materials by observation in your service departments, (kitchen, laundry, cleaning and general areas), and identify waste through bad practices that have developed over time or in under-utilisation of equipment.
  • We improve existing processes and develop new ones, to reduce the GENERATION and SOURCE of WASTE.
  • Working with your existing employees/service providers - we implement the improvements, measure and report on the REDUCTIONS of WASTE.
  • We analyse and improve sourcing of supplies to reduce IMPACT on the ENVIRONMENT.
  • These IMPROVEMENTS can then be utilised as follows - 

    - Collated and reported on an annual basis towards achieving     Corporate ESG Strategy or Sustainability Plans.

    - Improve Operating Margins.

  • Work with project managers, property developers, architects and designers to advise on functionality of operational efficiencies in all Food and Beverage, Laundry and Waste areas.
  • Advise on processes to reduce the GENERATION and SOURCE of WASTE.
  • Train management and staff on operational efficiencies, awareness and the importance of maintaining processes that reduce the GENERATION and SOURCE of WASTE.
  • Improve sourcing of supplies to reduce IMPACT on the ENVIRONMENT.
